Should of known what was coming when the manager of the store at the forte Birmingham gave us incorrect information regarding parking and checking in.
From parking the car at the port following a twenty minute queue it took exactly 3 hours to board the ship. Totally unprepared for check in with 8 stations open and the card registration crashing constantly.
The ship itself as a previous Royal Carribean ship was OK
Constant creaking when ship moving, bathroom inadequate and needs updating, informed reception on two occasions light was not working and got sorted the day before we disembarked.
Found a spot of blood on the bed sheet on the first day but did not get changed till the following day informed reception at 16.00 on day of sail.
