My sister and I went on this cruise because of the port destinations. We had a great time on the first 7 days, we met some new friends so we stayed together mostly on shore excursions , dinners and entertainment. The service was good and our cabin is ok. The worst part came on the last night while we're on our way to Venice a Brit lady jump overboard thus creating a chaos for all passengers. We were delayed long hours and many passengers missed their flight including us. No help nor guidance were afforded to us by the Norwegian crew. They never help us knowing that we will be late from our flights, thus we have to pay too much for our flight back home. We filed a claim to our insurance for the reimbursement but they denied it claiming that the reason was not covered. We also thing that Norwegian should be the one to reimburse us since they were the one who cause the delay by going back to look for the lady who jump overboard.
