Cabin: Mini-Suite with Balcony

From the start of the cruise it was apparent the focus of Princess is money. Every where you turn, every piece of paper is about buy, buy, buy. Photographers everywhere including formal dining. Going to dinner means you have walk past all the sales stuff and photographers and photos everyday.

Food was mediocre at best and all the food was cold. Prime rib and steaks were very bland with no flavor at all. Most food appears to be pretty cooked and warmed. Appears this may be part of the Princess plan to get you to pay extra for food.

Crew are focused on selling stuff not on customer service. Service is abysmally slow, even a cup of coffee take 10 minutes. Staff to busy socializing with each other or cleaning up so they can leave early.
