We chose this cruise because of Cuba. Been on 17 cruises but first Royal Caribbean. There was twenty of us. Six had never cruised before so their expectations were met easily. For those you have cruised before the expectation was barely met. The service was ok but I have rarely asked twice for needed items. I am not demanding at all but asking for an extra pillow should not take 3 attempts! Just an example. We were chastised in the dining room by the waiter for moving from our table to another table reserved for our group! Cuba was wonderful! We used Havana Journeys! What a wonderful group of guides we had! Miguel was my group's guide. He was so warm and friendly it was contagious. His knowledge at such a young age was remarkable. The cruise was a success despite to ups and downs encountered on the cruise. Thanks
