I’ve been on other cruises, they were excellent ( Holand America twice). This cruise is an absolute rip off, Canot get worse service,food well below average, too many passengers ,on every step or purchase you get riped off. Reception never ever gets back to you or answers when you call( too busy).the comisiin on any food, drinks, casino, bingo is at list 20% on top of a redicolus prices they already have and charge $15 US dollars per a person by the ship shuttle to get dropped off in town , 5 minutes away, disgusting . It’s like a one star hotel charges a five star prices.

I would not go back ever again and would never recommend it to anyone else. A BIG NO.another bad memory, we paid $69us dollars to play bingo($100AUD)the hall had at list 150 people that paid same or more and the prizes were aprox 200 dollars for one winner only, isn’t that a rip off ? To collect 5-$10,000 is dollars in one session and pay 200 as a one prize? All players that we spoken to were so posed off. They were taking us all as an idiots by the look of it. I hope that this review will wake them up so they will treat people with a bit more respect. For us it’s over with them,GOOD LUCK to next cruisers .
