Very bad experience. Room was 80 degrees the whole time, we paid for WiFi that never worked, toilet randomly overflowed 3 times, bad excursion information from staff (was not accurate), and seemed very unorganized. Was not happy with boarding or all the lines. We way overpaid for the experience we received. Would not recommend carnival cruise line to anyone. The staff was fine, however when voicing concerns it took a long time to get service for the toilet. Also WiFi was never fixed I waited in like for 20 minuets 3 times and they never fixed this. I was told to give it an hour each time they went through my settings and reset. And it never corrected but was still charged. We brought eight people to cruise as well all the same floor all of our rooms were to hot to sleep this was voiced and also never fixed. Will not be back.
