We are avid cruisers and have done the last few in the Haven. We enjoy the priority embarkation and debarkation, room size and most of the amenities included in the Haven. We live local so no flight involved and booking through Costco gained us a $785 Costco gift card upon return. NCL direct booking couldn't offer anything close.

Entorage teen club is for 13-17 year old teens. Basically the only ones that went were the younger girls and older boys, not a good combination. Shows were average, Escape the big top hasn't changed since last year, Dueling pianos good, Comedy Excellent. Bayamo/La Cucinna Average. Cagneys below average (Steak was supermarket quality at best). Tepanyaki was above average.

Bermuda is great but most of the port shuts down early, no nightlife. We rented a Pontoon boat locally and did some swimming and snorkeling on our own. I highly recommend doing so.

Cabin Review

The Haven 2-bedroom Family Villa with Balcony

Cabin H4

Cabin nice, just off the Haven Courtyard. We don't use the butler or concierge much. The butler did take a while to fulfill some very simple requests, he also continued to bring the same afternoon snacks even after noticing we weren't eating them. The drink service poolside was basically non-existent. We regularly needed to walk to the Haven bar inside and order drinks from a overwhelmed bartender. We did notice that drink service was better on the Haven sun deck and in the Haven lobby. We also noticed very good service out by the pool and slides.
