I booked because was meeting friends I've cruised with before for a week vacation to celebrate my Birthday.
I noticed 10 days before cruise prices were greatly reduced on the fares , upon arriving at the terminal in Miami i waited over 1 hour past my appointed check in time outside in the heat without much information from NCL. The mustard drill i was assigned C12 which was in the atrium deck 6, even though i was on deck 14 .I am a Female turning 60 and traveling Solo in a mini suite. Fist fight between 6 women happened right in front of me due to chaos of having muster drill inside, the noise and the crowds were very agitated and aggressive...Security was sparse, the guest services desk was empty of staff.
i visited in spa/fitness area which seemed to be over capacity.

Spa Mini-Suite with Balcony
needs updating, horrible stains on couch look disgusting, carpet.... spacious, great bathroom...small balcony, did not have spa robe, only slippers in cabin????underneath a noisy area, day noises mostly..Cabin steward was excellent
