We wanted to do an Alaskan cruise and have cruised with Norwegian before and love it. Everything we needed was taken care of immediately. We took 3 excursions and enjoyed each of them. The sights in Alaska are breath taking. It is a cruise I would highly recommend. It is also the most relaxing way to vacation. The restaurants are first class and love the buffet. It has such a variety that you always eat too much. Always had to have a little ice cream later in the eveing too.

I recommend a balcony, especially for the Alaska cruise, to not miss any of the beautiful sights of Alaska. We also saw sea otters and whales from our balcony.

The shows each evening were exceptional. And we also enjoyed just sitting in a lounge and listening to live music. There was piano, strings and ensembles. Very relaxing. We also looked forward every evening to the towel animals left on our bed when they turned the bed down.
