First of all, the ship management allowed me and my sister to check into our cabin two hours earlier than the time we were supposed to. Our cabin was immaculate and kept clean throughout the cruise. The room service employees were professional at all times and I have nothing but high praise for them. Embarkation and disembarkation went smooth and easy. There were Viking employees there at every turn ready to help us out.

The ship itself was out of this world. Everywhere you turn there is artful decor and we felt at home because we were made to feel that way by the Viking personnel. Guest services was very professional and courteous at all times. When we needed something, they were there to please.

The dining experiences were perfect in every way. I never could run out of choices and my drinks never ran low. The food was superb and the employees were wonderful in every way. Read more
