Great itinerary with a terrific selection of shore excursions and just enough mix of sea days. We did a pre-cruise extension in Oslo and took the train to Bergen which was quite scenic as promised. We Really enjoyed Oslo as a city and used the “hop on hop off” buses to see as much as possible. Because of flight timing (I came in a day early), the hotel transfer was not available on arrival which was a minor inconvenience. My favorite shore excursion was the king crab safari in Honnigsvag but have to say all the excursions were good and the guides were exceptionally knowledgeable. I really liked the “quiet box” system they used to talk to the excursion groups without yelling. Service was outstanding from everyone onboard and everything was spotlessly clean. I have cruised before with Silver Sea and Viking compared quite favorably. I am sure I will sail with Viking again.
