We chose the the Viking Sky because it is a smaller ship with 940 passengers. We had gone on five Viking River Cruises and always had a good experience. Their cruise ship was no exception ... our 15 days were pure heaven..: We appreciated the relaxed atmosphere, good food, outstanding nightly entertainment, educational tours and much more! The staff were so happy to please and take care of our every need. Our cabin was very comfortable, and simply decorated. We especially liked the luxurious bathroom with the heated floor. The entertainment was outstanding and we loved the English tenor, Lee Bradley, that was brought in to perform for two concerts. The food was outstanding and we particularly enjoyed the fresh fish cooked on deck. The speciality restaurants were fine but we preferred the World Cafe for a more relaxed dining experience and preferred the open seating experience. We can’t wait to go on another Viking Cruise!
