This was our second Viking cruise. Our first was a river cruise from Amsterdam to Basel. We had such an amazing time we decided to try an ocean cruise on Viking. The ship was beautiful and had everything we wanted. Excellent foods, great staff, great shore excursions. Our room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pools, entertainment, spa. The countries we visited were amazing. Scenery was breathtaking!!! Visiting Venice, Croatia, Montenegro and Greece was wonderful. Seeing where the very first Olympics were held, climbing up to the Acropolis and visiting the museum there was so enjoyable. It was very hot and humid though!! I would recommend going when it’s cooler. And be sure to read about the shore excursions, Viking explains the degree of difficulty, because some people had a hard time with some that we were on.Viking makes you enjoy and relax with everything they do!!! Thanks to all the great staff on board!! You’re the best!!!! We will definitely plan another cruise in the future with Viking.
