A friend told me about Viking so I decided to try. It was our first visit to Europe so we thought this was a great way to sample countries. It was amazing! We added excursions at most of the ports and were not disappointed. The guides were professional. We felt safe at all times. On the ship, the staff always remembered us and greeted us with smiles, jokes, and friendly conversation. Our cabin was always impeccably clean with specific soda and snacks tweaked to our specifications. Our room service order was magnificent and delicious. The spa was amazing from the plunge pool to the jacuzzi pool to the Nordic steam and snow room. We spent most late afternoons at one of the outdoor pools with cocktails after lunch at the pool bar. We can’t wait to book another cruise. We were depressed for a week after returning home. We were too spoiled.
