We chose the cruise because we enjoyed the river cruise we took in May of 2017.
We also wanted to compare the ocean cruise to Princess ocean cruises. We liked the smaller ship, loved the free laundry. The entertainment was good for a smaller ship.
Princess entertainment is extravagant in comparison, due to the fact that they have been around longer and are experienced in it. Their sets are well designed and we enjoyed meeting the actors, seeing their rooms and finding out about what it takes to be an entertainer on Princess.

Cabin Deluxe Veranda
Very nice room, loved the size of the shower versus Princess, which is too small. The room steward (Oki) was awesome, always pleasant and more than willing to accommodate our wishes or needs.
