Great room with a great balcony - quiet except when kids were running up and down the halls all hours of the night

Rude operators cramming people onto the train to the point that it is uncomfortable.

Do this on your own and use the train system to get on and off.

La Spezia (Cinque Terre)

Not even close the the cruise line's description and the bus driver left 16 people behind...wouldn't even wait one minute extra.  Do this port on your own!!  We missed out on so much.

The highlight of our trip was diving off of the Catamaran and snorkelling.  Beautiful scenery and fun boat ride.  This one is great for kids who can swim on their own.  Food was soggy pre-made sandwiches so bring your own snack.

Here is a list of pro and cons

PROS:

-Kids sail free

-Food is very good - especially in dining room for dinner, lots of kids options as well, if you ask they will do it

-awesome coffee and great bar service

-clean and beautiful ship

-staff members work very hard and are very friendly and polite

CONS: 

-not wheelchair friendly at all - perhaps they need one elevator solely for disabled people or have signs up to encourage people to take the stairs, also when disembarking at cruise ports, its a free for all - no separate lines for wheelchairs or strollers.Just enjoy an unplugged holiday instead

-cruise port itineraries NOT WHAT THEY DESCRIBE - BEWARE!
