The ship was great. The crew was wonderful. It was a very busy cruise with many wonderful ports to explore. The food was good and entertainment very enjoyable. Do your own laundry service available as well. The pool areas were very nice and service outside was great. Food and dining options were just right and no extra charge for specialty restaurants. The ship had many nice areas in which to relax. The afternoon tea was lovely accompanied by a beautiful selection of sandwiches and sweets. There was a very nice spa and gym. Ship also had a sports deck and walking/running track. The staff did an incredible job getting 650 passengers off and onto a train to Berlin and returning. We were always greeted by staff upon return to ship. Water was always provided when leaving the ship for excursions. Very organized exit to excursions. The only thing I would change is the included excursions had too much bus time and not enough stops for walking about or picture taking. Cruise was wonderful.
