Customer service, money hungry, misleading, totally not happy

I am dissatisfied with Carnival Miracle, they are so hungry for your money. I prepaid for everything on the cruise and 2 days after getting off the cruise 9/02/2018, after paying for extra things on the boat and customer service said you owe "0" I get a charge my bank statement for $267.00, really. Two days after I'm off the cruise and was told everything was paid, I thought you cant leave the ship without paying your tab. On top of this the Internet package you pay for stinks, the excursion we booked was misleading and we had to cancel it, I will not be cruising again with Carnival. The crew were great very accommodating and friendly, I had no problem with them. My last cruise I did not have these issues. I do not want to go on a cruise where I feel like they only care about how much money they can suck out of your wallet.
