This is our first RCL cruise. We are typically Disney cruisers but the kids are now 13, 15, and 18 so I thought this cruse would keep the kids busy. The kids will LOVE this if they like to make new friends in the kids' clubs or like to hang out together. Our kids stayed up until 2-3 am doing as much as the activities as they could: skating, flowriding, zip-lining, rock-climbing, etc. We family only had dinners together and major shows (as well as excursions). We had two connection balcony rooms which seemed very roomy. They were very clean and the stateroom attendant was awesome. There is a moveable partition on the balcony that allows for a bigger balcony between the 2 rooms.

Food is just OK. There were some stand-outs like braised Lamb shank and lobster tails...all you can eat (at the MDR). The best specialty restaurant was Wonderland where they had food items you've never had prepared in a very different way. The portions were on the smaller side but the waiter said we could ask for more if we liked a particular item....and we did just that. I'm not a fan of paying $x more for food already provided for but we used the BOGO free which is a good deal. We ate at 150 Central Park for the second night. If the restaurant you want to go to is full on the 1st or 2nd night, then they will charge you the appropriate night and then you can go on one of the other nights (that's what we did).

On deck 5 there is walking/running track that goes all the way around the ship. We walked this after each dining.

Cabin 5D

Great! Connecting room and Connecting balcony. Very spacious and very clean. Lots of storage and luggage fit neatly under the bed. TV channel are very limited but there are some channels that show past sitcoms, movies, and/or other shows throughout the night.
