We are platinum plus members, we arrived and found our room riddled with children’s fingerprints all over closet, balcony door, tv. No cold water in bathroom, shower head black where finish has worn off, sheets were never changed all week, my makeup was on the pillow case and never changed.water in our mini bar never replenished, we had to purchase water every night at the bar to bring to the room. Carpet soiled, entertainment was scarce, pianos never played around the ship for nastalgic cruise feeling, same shows over and over, spa was loud, quiet zones not adhered to. Public restrooms were dirty by the atrium every time I went in. Our next door cabin smoked on the balcony the whole time. Only band onboard,New generation band off key. We are jumping ship and headed to royal Caribbean where we found the entertainment fresh, fun and highly talented musicians onboard. Will not return to NCL. It was like they decided it’s not worth hiring new acts until after dry dock this year.
