Cabin: Deluxe Ocean View with Balcony 2A

Cabin was small and tacky, similar to a Days Inn. 300+ KIDS everywhere and disruptive - jamming elevators, slamming doors, running down the halls. The ship did little to abate the problem. No adult only areas. Kids in the bars long into the night. Entertainment in show loung was lackluster. Service was terrible. Couldnt get a beverage in the lounges - few servers and they are oblivious. If you get their attention, they still take 20 min to return with a drink. Lots of people in white shirts and epaulets but they dont do the work. If I have to upgrade my class for better service, I might as well book an upscale cruise line with fewer people, no children and all inclusive. We were nickle/dimed to death and a constant push to purchase upgrade drink pkg or internet, which is absolutely ridiculously expensive! Spa ladies were like vultures. Food was mediocre. Lots of it in the Ocean View Cafe, but too many options which go to waste. Main dining room was OK. Specialty restaurants overrated.

I have to say, if you complain they do attempt to remedy, but so many people were complaining. I spent too much money to have to complain to receive decent service.

Dont believe Celebrity will be my cruise choice again.
