Tried to book online, but the website wasn’t working, so I called and booked. Also tried to reserve shore excursions ahead of time and was told these have to be booked on the ship.

We arrived around 12:45 and the valet line was about 20 minutes long. Security and customs were smooth; we packed light (one backpack each). We were disappointed to learn that the shore excursion we wanted was full, so my advice is to arrive earlier to avoid the same fate. We also purchased 10 drink tickets, which are a good deal but only if the drink is more than $8.
