Sail Date: Aug 2018
Cabin: Balcony Stateroom

We booked this cruise about 6 months prior to sailing date.

Embarkation and disembarking was very smooth. On the first day we arrived just before noon and there was almost zero line up to get on the boat. We brought our own luggage down on the last day, and had breakfast at the buffet before leaving at 9am (time when they require you to leave the cabin room). If you needed them to bring down your luggage, you would have to get time coded tags prior to the last day (and the later times were restricted to certain guests).

Service: Mostly friendly, but had some sloppy line chefs at the buffet omelet station, and some of the waiters didn't clean our stacked dirty dishes from our buffet table (yet they would clear the larger table next to us, after they were handed a cash tip, which they gladly took). Our cabin steward was excellent.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BX

Plenty of room in cabin, and washroom was spacious and modern. Service from our steward was excellent. Didn't feel cramped at all in the large shower with decent hot water and shower head. Our Balcony room fit our family of 4 perfectly, as the steward would unfold the upper bunk bed each night. A few more English tv stations would have been nice (only skynews, BBC news and a sports channel).
