Destination (Alaska) was great, ship and state room were new and well equipped. Staff was great, always smiling and helpful, never pushing for gratuity. But they need to do something about the food - they highlight the flexibility compared to other cruises, but really at the end of day pushing towards an average / crowded buffet a la Vegas while even their paying specialty restaurants are not the same quality as the main dining room in other cruises - that was really disappointing. Please aware that the race track + laser tag gets fully booked the first day, you need to reserve early. And most specialty restaurants got fully booked day 2. And only 2 elevator banks, most times too busy. They are packing too many people on this cruise ship, again more Vegas than Cruising experience.

embarkation was very smooth thanks to 30 min windows, no line - disembarkation not so much as they pushed everybody out in a short time, long lines to get off.

Cabin was brand new, very well conceived and worked well for the 4 of us: 2 parents + 2 teenage daughters.
