This was our 7th cruise and first with Celebrity. We are in our late 30's and I wasn't sure if this cruise would be for us but it was. The service was outstanding compared to the other ships we have been on. We were referred to by name on multiple occasions, which really made you feel welcome. Our room attendant was Alex. He was outstanding. He was beyond friendly and extremely helpful. It seemed like every time we walked down the hallway he was there to open our room door. Santosh was our assistant waiter, he was incredible. He was very friendly and helpful. He seemed to always be prepared to make our dinner memorable. The service by Miguel and Santos at the world class bar was always on point and beyond expectation. They were friendly and helpful.

There always seemed to be something going on that was fun and entertaining.

We had dinner at the Tuscan grill it was amazing. The steak and crab cake were incredible. The service exceeded expectations as well. The main dining room the food was very good much better than we have had on other ships. Lunch in the mdr was good as well. Read more
