We have been Disney cruisers and wanted to try a a different cruise line for comparison. It was a mistake. It's all the little things that Disney does that make all the difference and justifies the so called price savings. Norwegian needs to really reassess how the observation deck on the Bliss is used. It should not be a place for people to sleep all over the couches with the comforters from there cabin as well as putting their nasty feet all over the furniture as well. There is no adult only part of this ship!!! Part of our party got very sick.... they ate at the what I call the food trough. Every one has access to handling food and reaching over food too much tong handling for me!!! The entertainment was fair. Jersey Boys was excellent, Havana was terrible walk out worthy but we stuck it out hoping it would end better it did not. The food at the complimentary restaurants was terrible we could not eat it. We tried twice and gave up. So we spent some money after using our three specialty restaurant upgrades but the money was well spent because dinner is an important part of our cruise experience but we don't really eat large breakfast or lunch.

All that being said Alaska was amazing!!! The drink package that was a perk choice for our cruise was nice but not worth giving up Disney for. Authorine was our room attendant and she was absolutely amazing!!! She had the sweetest smile and song she was singing every time you saw her.
