The itinerary was interesting and beautiful. The ship was cozy, clean, comfortable and nice. The staff was service oriented. They quickly learned to anticipate our wants and needs. This vacation exceeded our expectations and will be sailing with them again. We are already planning our next Viking Cruise. An extra bonus was we’ve made some new and hopefully long time friends on this cruise. The food was delicious. The banana pancakes was my morning delight. The variety of the menu each day was another benefit. Offering both regional as well as steak and chicken, everyone could fine something to please their tastebuds. Fortunately the excursions provided some exercise or we would have gained weight. However we enjoyed all the extra activities so we didn’t gain but a couple pounds. Ha

We were pampered and didn’t have to concern ourselves with planning anything. It’s truly a vacation. The transport to and from the airport was so stress free. The representative from Viking was easily to locate and welcomed us with smiles and friendliness which was appreciated after our long flight. Can’t wait to book another cruise next year. We might sail the Danube next time.
