We chose this cruise because my Girlfriend never sailed to Alaska. i have been three times before. i knew i made the right decision. i have never sailed Princess cruise lines and i was a little bit uneasy but i went with them.

The price was very competitive, We got a MINI SUITE fabulous accomodations. The view from the private balcony was outstanding. i can still see the whales frolicking beside our ship .Talk about BIG The Emerald was huge ,over 3000 passengers, but the Staff was incredible. We had an amazing steward who catered to our room needs. The food was excellent and plentiful, great variety, very tasty, mu;ltiple restaurant for different taste. The entertainment was first class, i particular enjoyed Oscar the comedian, Sir Elton John ,what a great voice. I would go again in a second. I am planning another cruise within 2 years .maybe a golf cruise,, Oh i almost forgot The Accupunture was fabulous, make sure you try it. Our waiting staff at dinner was first class. Always on time and helpful in selection of menu. Katrina was the best. The excursions that were booked thru the cruise line ran smooth, i can reccommend the fishing in ketchikan .The railroad in Skagway thru the White pass was exciting.The various shops in Juneau ,were tasteful, and not bad pricing. They have the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on.
