Never did I guess I'd be on a Hawaiian cruise and have to worry about a hurricane, but it just happened. Only the 3rd hurricane to ever hit the islands. Norwegian was amazing. They changed the itinerary a few times, we missed a couple ports but didn't mind. They took us from Maui to Kauai to avoid the brunt of Hurricane Lane which hit the Big Island. We left Kauai a day early as well and they took us 1000+ miles out to sea. We felt nothing from the Hurricane. The crew and staff were happy thru the event and the Captain kept us informed a couple times a day. Did I miss Kona and Hilo and a Luau on Kauai? Yes. Can I go back and do that? Yes. Did I complain about it? Absolutely not. It is what it is and the crew made it a great experience.

Cabin Review

Obstructed Oceanview

Cabin OK

Plenty of room. We had a lifeboat outside our window but that was fine. I need some exposure to the outside world and we could at least get some daylight and we could see if it was sunny or cloudy out.
