This was our 2nd Alaska cruise. We cruised with some first timers who were celebrating her retirement. We had a wonderful experience. No complaints at all, except for the weather in Juneau! Food was very good, the ship was well maintained, and the entertainment was great. The only complaint we had was the quality of the coffee! We actually brought some packets of instant Starbucks coffee to make their coffee a little stronger. Our room was an interior, which we had never done on a Princess cruise, but we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space we had. The cabin steward was great, available but never in our way. I can't say enough about the service we received all around. Dining room servers were outstanding. We ate breakfast in the same area of the Horizon Court, and those waiters learned our names the first day, and kept us well supplied with coffee and juice. They did the best job of embarkation and disembarkation of any cruise we've ever done. All in all a great trip.
