Embarkation and disembarkation on the Emerald was the quickest and smoothest we have ever had.
Ship was clean and enjoyable!
Our cabin steward, Winston, was a dream come true, If we needed anything, Winston was easy to find and if we needed anything, he would stop what he was doing to accommodate us.
