This was our 4th NCL cruise. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed tempo of the holiday. I required assistance boarding and the staff were excellent both embarking and disembarking. Our cabin steward Raeoul was so helpful as was each and every member of staff. A big Thank you to Rachel and her teaml at the Indigo and Summer Palace . Treated like a queen. Manish at the Magnum Champagne bar for incredible service. Always with his dashing smile. Cagneys as awesome as ever. We didn't have a bad meal wherever we are. Summer Palace for breakfast is a must. Sets you up for the day. Dissapointed at the arrival time at Victoria as was evening. So didn't get to visit as didn't fancy driving about on my mobility scooter in the dark.Whale watching at Juneau was a great experience as was the White Pass Railway. 2 trips I would definitely recommend. Most evenings were spent in the Champagne bar being entertained by Mr Piano Man Robert from Budapest. Met the lovely Stacey and Gregg and crew on our whaling trip and we all ended our evenings being entertained by Robert. We didn't do the Stardust Theatre this time as The Variety Show wasn't up to the usual standard of previous cruises. All in all was a fantastic trip. Well worth the long journey from Scotland. Would also recommend Dani from Scottish Cruise Centre for arranging such a smooth journey for us. Melinda from Seattle Shuttle for a fantastic service and Elvis aka Dave from Seattle tours for a very informative enjoyable excursion of Seattle.
We usually do balcony and I was worried I would find cabin claustophobic. I didn't and slept like a baby. My only criticism is if either of the shelf areas could be a few Inches higher so my mobilty scooter could have been stored underneath.
Excellent tour guide Mary. Very informative and incredible views.
Was a ship day but Captain Paul slowly navigated the bay and the views of the glaciers was magnificent.
Didn't ha e long here so stayed on ship.
