This was our 8th cruise and our entire party was dissapointed with the “lack” of friendly service that we are use to with Carnival cruises lines.
Days before the cruise, we were contacted that the cruise was full and would we be interested in upgrading to a suite. This was exciting because we had always talked about we would like to upgrade someday-so here was our chance. So for a small fee-we took the upgrade.
-Room-The ocean suite was great, we really enjoyed the balcony and room size!
