From the start we had difficulty just getting on the ship. The line to board the ship was insanely long, circling almost the entire block in the sun. Once inside, it took us an extra hour and a half just for them to call our number and board.
After standing out in the sun all morning long, everyone just wanted to have something to eat; instead we were forced to go straight to our muster stations because the ship was running late (which is how it was in Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel).
Inside the cruise, the lines for food at any time of the day were crazy long. There were way too many people on the ship (4,800 to be exact) impossible to get in the 2 tiny pools which were usually full of children, and even to get on an elevator. The elevators would not move and when they finally reached your floor, they were packed.
Cabin was cozy; had no problems. Pillows were a bit stiff and not enough channels.
Beautiful and quick service.
