Overall, the cruise was nice. Luxurious ship, good service and friendly staff most of the time. However, I need to mention the following points related to those with dietary requirements, swimming pools and the Excursions office:

1) The main buffet on the ship (Marketplace Buffet) does not take dietary requirements into consideration. I struggled explaining my vegan needs and some staff could not even understand what I was talking about. I had to ask lots of questions and staff members seemed to be unsure about their answers most of the time. This could be easily resolved by tagging each dish with its suitability for different dietary requirements. In addition, vegan options were limited to only salad at some points and I couldn't find a single vegan dessert over the whole cruise except some fruits. I tried The Silver Dolphin restaurant one night and the service was not better.

2) There's no adults' swimming pool on the ship. All pools are full of kids which makes it impossible for an adult to swim. I couldn't even enter any of the three main pools over the whole week as they were so crowded. One pool can be specifically allocated for adults who want to enjoy swimming away from the kids.
