First visit to Alaska, first time cruising, first time on Norweigian Cruiseline.

Embarking- quite simple and efficient to get on ship. Would have been a nice touch to have a steward show us to the room or have a steward on the floor to greet us and ask us if we have any questions. Steward did stop by said he couldn't help us right then (understandable as many were checking into rooms at that time) but didn't stop back. Hallways are narrow on boat- cleaning carts were always left in hall by our room to squeeze by (day and night). Has a mini-fridge but stocked with their items, I'm sure wildly expensive like most).

Had a ocean-side cabin with a balcony for 2. Very nicely appointed room, very clean and new feeling. Bathroom was big enough. Enough storage for 2 persons for a week.
