Cabin: Spa Balcony Stateroom

This is one of those huge new ships where they have made the staterooms much smaller so they can cram as many people on board as they possibly can. As a result, the buffet was always crowded and noisy and there was never a place to sit. It was very difficult to find a seat in the Observation Lounge. They do not allow you to bring any liquid on board, even in cans, so I was stuck with Pepsi products, which I do not like. I was assured there would be almond milk on board, but they ran out on the fifth day. There was literally less than a foot of space between our bed and the closet. And a narrower stateroom also means a narrower balcony. On the other hand, the professional entertainment was stellar, particularly their production of Jersey Boys. The food was good no matter where we dined. The staff was universally friendly and helpful. We loved the itinerary. Bottom line, I would cruise this line again, but I would look for one of the smaller and older ships.
