I chose RC Oasis of the Seas based on its reputation and reviews after doing online research. My husband and I celebrated our birthdays, got married on one of the islands, and honeymooned on the ship. We found the experience to be very good overall from start to finish. The organization and process for boarding and debarkation was smooth and seamless. From the identity check, luggage check, waiting areas, etc., the signage was great and crowds moved in an orderly and timely manner. The staff seemed happy to be there and committed to providing excellent customer service with friendly smiles and helpful information. The best thing about it was the ORDER, CLEANLINESS, STAFF and FOOD!

We stayed on the 11th floor near the elevators and that was a great location that was easily accessible and quiet. It’s at the end of the hall so no one was on the other side. We had a view of Central Park and the music was loud some nights but stopped at 10pm. With the TV on, it drowned it out. Our room was cleaned daily with sheet and towel replacements, and smelled “fresh” each day. The towel animals left on the bed each night from our room attendant was a nice comical touch.
