This was our first cruise. Weather was fantastic. Lots of great staff! Enjoyed Gary at the Piano Bar. Boat seemed to be maintained very well. Definitely try the restaurants that are included. We liked the Palace for an above average meal. Service was always great and the staff very friendly. We didn't have the same luck at The Crossing. Food seemed to take twice as long here and the staff was not as good. Not bad but just a big difference for basically the same restaurant at different ends of the boat. Bartenders by the pool were quick and made good drinks. Cuba is a different experience. Wish the cruise had stayed there and passed on the private island. Island nice just not our style, we like exploring or if they had scuba diving it would have been great! Casino was hit or miss. If you get the right group of people and a fun dealer it is worth spending some time in. If not pass unless you truly just enjoy gambling. OVERALL GREAT JOB NORWEGIAN!
