YUM... Le Bistro

This was our first "real resort type" vacation and our first cruise. We were not disappointed!

We booked months ago and counted down until we left. It was easy to update everything on the website (not as easy to cancel things) the service was impeccable, the cleanliness amazing.

On a boat of 4000 guests, it did not feel crowded at all. The only time we had congestion of people was in the Garden Cafe Buffet and the day we disembarked. But getting at table at any of the complimentary restaurants was never a problem. We had previously booked the Specialty dining (Le Bistro, Teppanyaki and Cagney's).... these were ALL Wonderful! We were bummed we missed out on the Comedy Club. It booked up pretty quick and the stand by waiting didn't match up with our schedule. Once on board, make sure you book anything else you need to! We didn't have a reservation for the Race Track either, but we went at a slow time and we were able to get on. I am a "larger" person and the crew was very accommodating and nice to me.

Cabin Review

Aft-facing Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B1

Comfortable. Perfect for the two of us. Balcony was larger than I expected and my favorite spot! Bathroom was size wise expected. But the shower was GREAT!! After walking all day, excursions, etc.. I could relax in a nice hot shower!! I enjoyed the room service, turn down service, and the movies for when we wanted to relax and sleep in! We got to see dolphins, whales and otters off of our balcony. And of course, the Glacier!

Port Reviews

Seattle

I LOVE Seattle. We didn't explore this time because we'e been here many times.

Victoria

The shuttle was a little pricey ($13.00 USA each round trip) from port to downtown. But downtown was beautiful! We walked and ate and rank and shopped and just enjoyed the very nice people and very lovely city.
