I picked this cruise because of the itinerary. Embarkation took forever. The ports were great stops. Did mostly our own excursions. The one bought through the ship was very expensive and out tour guide never went with us at the stops. She would tell us what time to be back at the bus. Our room stewart Anthony was great as well as bar/restaurant staff. The Spa is a wonderful facility and the treatments were awesome. Rowena gives the best massages. I had to go back several times. The beds are comfortable. Ship lacked as far as pool goes. Only one small pool. Should have one for adults only. The hot tubs for adults only was nice. Entertainment around pool is same as most ships. Nightly entertainment was mediocre. One great show magic/ illusionist. The wait for dining is brutal. Anywhere from 1/2 hr. to 1 hr. The menu options were good. Ship is nice, been on much nicer. I travelled with my daughter. She enjoyed the cruise as well except the last day. Lady jumped overboard. We were to fend for ourselves to arrange travel home due to the fact we all missed our flights due to the situation. We were informed they ( Norwegian ) were working with the airlines. Not to worry. A LIE! It cost me & daughter $3500.+ to get home. ( and doing that frugally may I add ). Still waiting to hear anything back from NCL.
