This is our 4th family sailing on the Royal Caribbean. We have always thoroughly enjoyed our cruises.
We were shocked and disappointed to see some changes this time, of course changes to make us pay more and for Royal Caribbean to make more money.
ROOM SERVICE NOW COSTS MONEY
It used to be free, they changed their policy one year ago.
There are NO CHANNELS TO WATCH ON TELEVION IN THE ROOM.
MOVIES IN THE ROOM COST MONEY--THEY USED TO BE FREE.
No room at the pools, too many people and pools too small.
On sea days no way to get a chair at the pool unless you wake up by 7am to catch a chair
Food choices at the Windjammer Dining Hall have also decreased, less choices and less quality of food.
On tthe positive side:
Service at the Windjammer is excellent, they serve with a smile.
Ship is beautiful, very pleasant.
Crew members are nice and helpful.
Our cleaner for the cabin was excellent.
Our shore excusions were very expensive, not worth what we paid.
