The service employees were great and friendly. There were a lot of things to do on the ship but were all expensive.

Internet was expensive. We paid $20 USD for a day and got really poor connection. The MOST horrible thing that happened to us was my son ate a dessert during lunch (puff pastry) and it tasted bitter. He spat it out, I tried it and something got stuck in my throat, it was also bitter. When I started digging through the dessert I FOUND A FULL ON PIECE OF PAPER with inked writing on it baked INSIDE the PASTRY sheets. I was devastated. My son could have chocked on it. I brought it up to the staff, they apologized and took it away. Staff member asked me what my room number was, but I do not know why he did because nothing happened after I told him what it was. I assumed maybe the ship would send something as an apology, but nothing! Another thing that disappointed us is that they would have LOUD PARTIES/events going on until 12 at night that we couldn't sleep. It's a family cruise, they should consider taking the parties to their club instead of having it on the main floor that people can't sleep. Especially that many people have to go to sleep early since all excursions start as early as 8 am the next day.

It was a bit of a disappointments for us. Didn't worth the money at all. I mean sure, if you're spending a little then it's nice to go but definitely not what we spent and got disappointed. Everything was just extra $$$$$$, daycare you have to pay for after 10 pm, as if you already didn't spend a lot on the trip. Oh AND they deduct $15 USD PER PERSON FOR GRATUITIES!!!!!! EVRY DAY!!!!! Let that sink in.
