Cabin: Balcony Stateroom

Balcony Room was so small, as was balcony. When we arrived at terminal computers were out. Waited 1 1/2 hours to get processed. We were not offered anything. Water, chairs. We had to sit on floor. I,m 72. When our # to get on ship was finally called, I saw NCL was finally bringing water out. 3 hours too late.

I feel NCL does not take care of the # of people they have on ship. Getting off for excursions takes 30 minutes or more. People in our group were late to get to their group. Why can't the other gangway be opened to take care of all their cruisers. 2 gangways would definitely alleviate this bottleneck.

Food was ok in main dining room. Much better in specialty restaurants but then you have to pay extra for this.

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BD

I feel NCL wants to put as many rooms in as they can to make more money. Even the hallways were tight. No drawers in the room just shelves. 2 big drawers under sofa but was hard to work. Balcony was laughable. Couldn't sit in chair straight on the balcony or your knees would hit glass. The informational channel on the tv that gives you weather, time, etc never worked until 5th day out.
