My wife, daughters and myself had never been on a cruise. We wanted to sail from Manhattan and were lucky enough to book a 7 day cruise to Bermuda on the Escape. The entire experience on Norwegian was absolutely awesome! The Escape is an incredible ship and the officers, staff and crew could not have been better. The service, food, restaurants and shows were all top of the line. We would like to thank the entire crew for an awesome experience, with a special shout out to the restaurant manager, Melroy Rebeiro and Alvira of the Housekeeping staff, who took excellent care of us and our 2 balcony staterooms. the Freestyle concept of cruising that only Norwegian has is the best and should never be changed. Boarding and Disembarkation were smooth as silk in spite of the fact that there were close to 5,000 passengers on the cruise. How smoothly they were accomplished is a credit to the officers, staff and crew. The excursions run by Norwegian were just as smooth running and were another highlight of the cruise among many others. the entire experience was a memory never to be forgotten and we can't wait to book our next cruise with Norwegian.
