Traveled with children

We have chosen the room with a balcony and were hoping that it would be comfortable. It definitely wasn't. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable and we couldn't sleep properly. There were not enough activities for the kids (teenagers), once they cancelled rollerblades and didn't even bother to notify us so we came with our daughter for nothing and was very disappointed. The shows were OK but they repeated themselves all the time. Spectra was almost every day which made it very boring. The other two repeated themselves as well. The price didn't include even soda (and we paid for that cruise much more than we could have paid to other companies), just water and lemonade. During the last day they didn't even have the lemonade (they said that they didn't have enough) but on the other hand, they asked to write a great review about their service and mention their names. It was ridiculous. 9 days for this kind of cruise? definitely too long, especially when they don't have enough activities and just try to sell their stuff (art, gold, etc). The food was fine, but almost the same every day. I definitely didn't expect it would be like that.
