This was my first ELITE cruise and Carnival exceeded my expectations!
The casino staff (Hosts, dealers and bartenders) were just plain outstanding and my room steward Komang was the bomb. I couldn't have met better friends EVER! The balcony cabin was awesome. The ELITE gifts were so wonderful The customer service throughout the cruise from guest services to literally everyone was outstanding. I laughed so hard during this past week with my new friends and my husband, I got a ton of sun, I visited some wonderful ports and I couldn't have had a better time seriously ever. This was literally the best of 14 Carnival cruises that I have been on....
The cabin steward was always available and took care of our room morning and night.
