My husband and I have wanted to do a river cruise on the Danube for some time. When our travel agent suggested Scenic we hesitated at first because it wasn't on our list of companies. We had no reason to hesitate and would now highly recommend them . All inclusive means all inclusive at Scenic. From the time we arrived at the airport in Budapest to our departure from Prague 10 days later, we had assistance at every turn. Our luggage was looked after we had welcome drinks and snacks and introductions. The ship was meticulously clean and easy to get around. Staff were always in sight and available to request assistance if and when needed. On return from our excursions on the very hot days, we were greeted by staff with cool towels and a refreshing cool drink. The choices and presentation of food at lunch and dinners was outstanding. The head chef came around to our table nightly and was genuinely concerned about our impressions and passionate about his work.

The excursions were well planned to introduce us to the culture of the venue. In Vienna we enjoyed a private concert by the Imperial Symphony Orchestra with guest visits by 2 opera singers and 2 ballet dancers performing, of course, the Blue Danube Waltz. On board the technology employed by the hand held Taylor made devices made even sitting back on the sun deck interesting and possible to enjoy everything in sight as the device gave us information at every site of interest we sailed by. The whole trip was a wonderful experience!
