Ya gotta do this cruise. It's amazing to watch the staff work and benefit from their efforts. Everything is spotless. Everything is on time. Everything we ate were superb. Most of the tours were good and two of the tour guides - Natasha (Black Forest) and Udo (Cologne) were exceptional. The staterooms while small (in comparison to a hotel room) were luxurious and kept spotless. The amount of information provided to us in advance of our cruise was incredible and every time we called for additional information we were treated courteously and given good information. We were fortunate enough to book our flight through Viking and we had some of the best flights we've ever taken in terms of schedule. I have never taken a cruise before and was leary of being holed up with so many people in such a "small" space but didn't end up feeling that way at all. Highly recommended!
