This is my 5th cruise with the family, the first one with Norwegian.
Overall the experience was quite disappointing. Below I highlight the main issues:
1- Extremely noisy: we were located on cabin #14013; noticed at the first night we were below the kitchen! The noise within the cabin was unbearable and we did suffer several consecutive sleepless nights. A formal complain was made at the Guest Services and they managed to control the noise on the 2nd night, which proves the noise can be avoided. But it was repeated, together with my complains, the following nights.

Small but well thought. We felt comfortable inside as a family of 4.
However, bad luck... located below the kitchen, extremely noise from 2 to 5am!
